There is something wrong with Mozilla Firefox because I can get my messages on Chrome and Internet Explorer. I also cleared cookies and cache. Didnt help. I clicked on contacts and it said "error loading address book" This is terrible customer support. YOU SHOULD HAVE A PHONE NUMBER FOR TEXT SUPPORT. I have been trying to solve this for over a month. I guess I will have to delete your browser and use another one if you dont give me a solution. Terrible

We are the only tech support for Moilla Firefox.

Hi,

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.

If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected at http://input.mozilla.org/, where a team of people read it and gather data about the most common issues.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

  • Cache; Select Advanced > Network. Across from Cached Web Content, Press Clear Now.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). While you are in safe mode;
