Try to install the current 56 beta release to see if that fixes this issue.

Have you tried a complete reinstall of the browser? Resetting browser to default settings? Maybe a simple PC restart?
Another user also had problems.
Remove History For One Site
Open the History Manager <Control><Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right-click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any passwords / settings.

Thank you, but I have lots of different site crashing, I don't think it's related.
See if there are updates for your graphics drivers https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

No upgrade for my graphic card, I already have checked this.
About not sent report, when i click one, I have this :
About Throttling You're seeing this page because the crash report you selected was held back from submission. For statistical purposes, we don't need every crash report and sometimes we decline the submission of a crash report as a form of throttling. If you'd like to see your crash report, type about:crashes into your location bar and your report will be automatically submitted to our server where we'll give it priority processing. Thank you for reporting your crashes.
And about reports :

Unless someone can come up with something,
Note: v55 has been giving users problems. Reinstall v54.
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-older-version-of-firefox?cache=no Be sure to read everything here.
If you still want to downgrade, look under; I still want to downgrade. Click the Directory of other versions and languages link. Look for the directory of the version that you want. But, remember that old versions may have security issues.
You should also check out Firefox; Extended Support Release {web link} ESR Notes System Requirements
Well, thank you for you try.
I will use chrome for a will and retry firefox again later.
Thank you very much.
Cheers and interestingly enough, FF 55 has been causing a ton of issues for many people. I only had minor hiccups here and there, but for some people, it went down unbearable. I am wondering as to exact reasons for it. I assume the main one being plugin compatibility. In any case, You can also try later ( less stable) development versions of FF if you want to try.
One of your reports is a Flash crash. That's probably not the main issue, but there is at least an article: Adobe Flash plugin has crashed - Prevent it from happening again.
For the others, do you get the "Gah" message, and the tab needs to be reloaded?
3 of the reports have the crash signature @ LdrShutdownThread which I have not seen before. It seems like a very routine thing for Windows programs to use when a particular thread is unloading, and there's no obvious reason for the tab to crash. Do you use any kind of external video recorder or downloader program that might be trying to hook into the tab?
The other 2 reports relate to audio or video decoding. I'm not seeing more clues than that, which you already know.
One thing that strikes me as very odd is that all 6 crash reports reportedly involve the 32-bit version of Firefox for Windows, but your browser indicated that it is the 64-bit version of Firefox for Windows. Did you intentionally or unintentionally switch builds? This article has tips on that: How to switch from 32-bit to 64-bit Firefox.

About flash, I already know about this issue. But as you say, it's only one of the crash, so for now, I didn't worry to much about it.
Yes, i have the "gah" message but in french, because I speak french, sorry if this information is important.
I am not using any video recorder or anything like this.
About 32-64bit version, yes, i have fully reinstalled firefox, the current version is 64 bit. Something weird about this is, it seems what now, I don't receive new crash report in the about:crash pages...
I believe youtube videos will still play if you disable the Adobe Flash Plugin.
Apologies if you mentioned already disabling the plugin, but it seems like it is only crashing on youtube videos?
Hello,
I am German so apologize if my English is bad. ;)
I was led to this thread because I seem to have the same problem as the thread starts. I have attached the bug reports. I hope you can help me.

Hi KampfKraut
You can try to set this pref to false on the about:config page.
- media.windows-media-foundation.allow-d3d11-dxva = false
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
hey thx. I will try it. :)
Unfortunately, there was again a crash report. This time I had opened up on google maps and this forum nothing. I myself was not on the PC and the sides were simply only opened. After I came back, the browser crashed again ...
