Is there anyway to PRE-schedule email delivery for delayed forwarding?

To increase job search effectiveness, I need to pre-schedule my resume and cover replies to match the most receptive HR receptive days/times.

Is there some way to set Thunderbird email to handle thus? If not - any other suggestions?
