After the newest Firefox update all my bookmarks have disappeared that I've collected in the last 15 years. I didn't have a back up and was not logged in. I don't find any backup file anywhere on the hard drive. Help me!

So what could have happened is that during the install it created a new Profile. So that means your old Profile is still there and the information can be gained (maybe, subject to corruption). So if find them and open the .json file do not shove together. Someone with more knowledge can help you. In the meantime you have to find them. Once do let us know.... so <random letters & numbers>.json You have the info.
