How to add/arrange Bookmarks correctly and delete "Other Bookmarks"
I currently have a metric ton of bookmarks in "Other Bookmarks" because for some reason they go there instead of "Bookmarks" when I choose to add a bookmark. I'm usually good about dealing with this quirk by always doing the second step of dragging over each "Other Bookmark" to "Bookmarks". But now I have a long list and dragging each individual bookmark over to "Bookmarks" is not ideal. Any idea how to move ALL "Other Bookmarks" to "Bookmarks" instead of having to drag each one over. Also, is there a way to tell Firefox to add bookmarks to Bookmarks instead of Other Bookmarks. I'm not quite sure why the bookmarks design is so confusing. Thanks.

HI, please uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's(Win10) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 60.0.1 with a Full Version Installer

You can select multiple items in the usual way by selecting the first item in a range and them scroll to the last item and hold the Shift key and click the left mouse button to select all bookmarks in between. With a lot of bookmarks safest is to use Cut and Paste to move the selection to the Bookmarks Menu folder. Easiest to do this is in the Bookmarks Manager (Library).
