Congratulations. You've made it impossible for me to simple order at the Publix Deli for pickup! Really over the top.
You put a lock box on my order for the deli! This is something that has always worked beautifully for me until this morning. You people have to get a grip and STOP wasting people's time. I didn't WANT to be a member of the user community, but like it or not, here I am. Just one interaction would have done it.

Can you maybe clarify what's going on? I'm not sure what the issue is.
Mozilla puts a lock on my sending the order online to the deli. However, somehow during one of the multiple times I tried, it got through. I do not know why. The little lock in the tool bar was there.
The lock in the address bar simply says the website is secure. It won't keep you from doing anything. Things work now though?
No. The lock would not let me order. I looked something up in a hurry, and that may have been what worked, but, like I said, I was in a hurry. I'll be back if it does not work! Thanks.
Why don't you post the screen shot of the order when it gets stuck. Then we can verify was it a Browser or online site order issue or a payment lock issue.
