Was having trouble with laptop not being able to print. Called Apple support and they directed me to upgrade to High Sierra which I did. Since then Firefox is unable to connect. Nothing I’ve tried has helped. I’ve uninstalled my add-ons, I’ve refreshed Firefox, but still get the unable to connect screen. I’m frantic since I use my laptop for my home business filing payroll reports. It’s time to do this. Please help me. I’m writing this on my iPad since it is the only way I can connect to Firefox. I have Firefox Quantum 64 installed. Oh and at one point it said that I had to,verify my account. It would not proceed since I was not connected to the internet.

Have you tried removing and reinstalling Firefox?

Sorry, you didnt say if you have or not, and after an OS update, these problems are quite common
