First click on "Date" should sort by newest email and not by oldest

When I sort by subject and I first click "Subject" I get A->Z ordering which is fine. Second click makes Z->A. Fine

Date should work differently because the most relevant emails are the latest. So, starting from sorting made in another column, the first click on "Date" should order by most recent first.

That is the normal behavior for email applications (see Outlook). NOTE: I'm not suggesting to change the behavior to just copy someone else software but really because it's more logic (and honestly a bit frustrating as it is now).
