can't send emails
what link do I need? I have a problem sending emails from Thunderbird & was wondering what link I need to direct my question to the right people who can assist
I do have an error message I can send you, but would like to know where exactly to send my question before I attach the error message. But I guess I will attach it to this message just in case you can help

Some messages that are supposed to go to my inbox now go to my trash folder.
How can I change it so that the messages that are supposed to go to my inbox go to my inbox and not the trash folder? PLease walk me thru the steps one by one.
