file exception for Block pop-up windows
I have firefox 108.0.2. I have enabled the Block pop-up windows option. I have a local file that open popups (file:///local_path/a.html). When I open the file I get a notification that pop-ups are blocked. I try to put an exception in Block pop-up windows with the path: file:///local_path/a.html, but does not work (warning still appears) How I can do it?

Just to add that I am working in private mode, when problems appears
Click the menu button on the upper right corner. Click Options. Click Privacy & Security. ... Click Exceptions next to Block pop-up windows under the Permissions section. ... Click Allow. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for each website you need to enable pop-ups for. Click Save Changes. Close the Options tab.
Yes, pop-up exceptions in PB mode for a local file can be a problem.
