email stopped loading
My email stopped loading. When I input my password, I get this message:
THUNDERBIRD Alert from account (my email address): 1014
Does anyone know why this message pops up and what "1014" is? Any help resolving it would be appreciated.

Yes, this is with an Xfinity/Comcast account.
Make sure you've enabled access by 3rd-party apps:
https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/third-party-email-access
and have the correct server settings:
https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-client-programs-with-xfinity-email
