Cannot open Tbird filter logs
When I open message filters and click on "Filter Log" , I just get the small window shown below, no log even though logging is enabled. Running Tbird 115.9

If logging has been running for a long time, it is possible for the log to have grown too large to be displayed. In that case, delete "filterlog.html" in the account's subfolder of "ImapMail" in your Thunderbird profile.
