Can't connect to server (New user)
I have just got a brand new Windows 11 laptop and wanted to try Thunderbird because Outlook is S*$%T.
But when I tried to set up my email account, it just keeps failing, saying I have the wrong details. I know my details are 100% correct - so how do I fix this?
I tried doing it in safe mode too - but with the same fail.
Anybody know how I can fix this?

Sky requires that you create an app password to use in TB in place of the regular account password.

Thanks! I couldn't find 'Still can’t access your emails?' - but I did find another menu item which lead to the right page to make the App password. And it worked!
