Is there an option to drag-and-drop links from the address bar to a toolbar? I'd like to have a separate button for each of my most frequently used bookmarks.

If you have the Bookmarks Toolbar showing (View > Toolbars) then you can drag the icon to the left of the URL (the favicon) onto it. You can also drag a tab or a link from a webpage onto the bookmarks toolbar.
