I'm running Firefox 3.6.13 under Windows 7. When I open a web-site that contains Cyrillic symbols (Russian in particular) the page's title displays question marks instead of the real title. Page body itself is displayed properly. I have this problem for all the web-sites.

Such issues are usually caused by a corrupted (core) font, so you need to check the fonts with the system file checker (sfc.exe)
