I want to get the numbers in autocomplete to show in ascending order instead of the random order they show in now.

Sorry, I don't know how the user can change the order of form data in Firefox 3.0+ versions. The algorithm was changed between Firefox 2.0 versions and Firefox 3.0+ versions, so now the "most used" appears to be the ordering used. I just clear the Form & Search History when the "suggestions" get unwieldy for me to view and select from.

I do a lot of number related data entry for my PT job and I set up a separate Profile with Form and Search History turned off for using on the company intranet, so I am not distracted by data popping up from a previous session's entries.

The best I can offer is this AMO search for "form".
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/search/?q=form&cat=all&x=0&y=0

I get 263 extensions related to "form", you'll have to look for an approrpiate extension that has that feature.
