FF 4 W7 no book mark organizer

When I click on bookmarks I do not get the 'Organize Bookmarks' option. I have placed bookmarks in the toolbar. Tried a reinstall, didn't help. I like FF but I am not impressed with FF4 but I am trying.

Chosen solution

"Organize Bookmarks" has been renamed to "Show All Bookmarks" in the bookmarks menu.
