New to this. error console came up which brought me to this page. Further investigation went from Mozilla to a Microsoft link (I think)., claiming to be a plug in necessary from Microsoft to make Firefox function properly. Started download stopped when I was asked permission to download: .... ,exe 2 programs I used print screen to place on email, what went through as gibberish. Unfortunagely I did not write down the names, so I do not have them.
