I can see most videos (Utube, etc) on FF 10 but when I went to see the videos on my local online newspaper they will not come up on FF... I can see them on IE with no problems Here is the link to the specific video I am trying to see http://www.herald-mail.com/videogallery/67829005/News/Tom-Mullane-and-his-collection-of-fountain-pens

Please advise ASAP as this is a video of part of a newspaper interview of me and they do not keep them online for long

It is always a good idea to have a second(reserve) browser. In your circumstances we should have advised you to download Google Chrome or Opera. You would have been operational for this particular purpose in a few minutes.

Hi OldGriz- Sometimes, the video or audio content in a web page cannot be properly downloaded and displayed in Firefox. No problems here either.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

If you use the Ghostery extension, it now blocks Brightcove which this site needs to display videos. Click on the Ghostery icon and allow Brightcove.
