Hi, can you tell me what plugin it said you needed? It would also help if you could provide a link to the website you're trying to upload to.
The message did not specify the plugin, but when I clicked install a popup box appears that lists, java runtime enviornment. When I continue with the instal a message says its already installed. The website is www.positiveimagenc.com
Try to install the 32 bit Java JRE.
