Hi,

You can try to do a clean uninstall and install it again. It the problem persists you can try the latest version after a clean uninstall of any previous versions. Alternatively you can try IE Tab + or IE Tab to watch problematic Flash inside Firefox. At youtube you can activate HTML5 viewing if feasible, to watch videos (most videos without embedded ads) in an alternative way, after disabling Flash in Firefox Tools (Alt + T) > Add-ons > Plugins.

Well, in addition to my problem; I can't even use IE and Chrome. It stops responding and forces me to quit all of my browsers. I already did a clean uninstall and installation but still it keeps on crashing or stops responding. I don't which is the problem. Is it the browser or the player?

The Flash Player support may have helpful pointers. You can also try to report the individual issues which may lead to workarounds for specific situations.
