By default, Firefox prevents websites from accessing the Windows clipboard. Users can work around this, but it's harder for the site. Perhaps if you use a "signed" script??

By the way, the standard Windows shortcuts should work -- Ctrl+c / Ctrl+x / Ctrl+v -- and the right-click context menu should work. If you can't paste with those commands either, then it's probably not related to script security.
