What version of Flash? There is a new one out now: 11.4. You can get it here:

Thanks for letting us know. The lasts couple of Flash releases have had problems with Firefox. We've been working to pass info along to Adobe so they can address it.

It's in the post, the latest one 11.4, works great with firefox 3.6.28, but makes no difference on 14.01 on the awful performance seen on omgpop.com in games like draw my thing, where performance is crappy to begin and gets progressively worse. No problem with movies. And pogo.com has been working great now for a while, after I gave those developers hell. They charge 30$ for a game system that always crashes is what I had told them then :)

Despite the laggy performance in 14.01, it still loads better than Chrome which is ultimate lag on that website lol. OMG you defeated Chrome.

If the Flash performance isn't good then try to disable hardware acceleration in the Flash player.
Some features like protected mode will not work on Windows XP.
