That sounds like Textsrv. I would check for malware. I tried those with no success, other than to remove the cookies from third parties, which apparently I need for this forum. I removed three add-ins and that cured the problem. I can't remember setting up the add-ins anyway, and they don't seem to affect the operation of Firefox. They were: Google Lite 4.9.3 Google Docs Viewer 1.8.5 Yontoo 1.20.00
