I followed the instructions to create email filters for a person who sends email which I do not wish to receive. The filter does not work for I still get emails from the person. Can someone provide step by step on how to block email which is unwanted.

Firefox is a browser and does not have e-mail filters. You can use Firefox to access web mail, but the e-mail functions are controlled by the site that you contact for your web mail.

If you are using Mozilla Thunderbird to retrieve your Comcast e-mail, post your questions about Thunderbird here -- http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=39

Hello JayWD,

Could you explain how this is related to Mozilla Firefox? Which domain for email are you using?

I believe there is no such thing. You must block that person from sending you emails.. Nobody can do this for you.
