How do I change the color of the "general panel" tab from red to something else?

I am partially color blind and the red color of the "general panel" tab hurts my vision. (Bright reds have a tendency to do this.) Is there a way I can change it from red to something less stressing (like blue or yellow)?

THANK YOU so much for this. You know, people who develop webpages and software (and who are not color-blind to any extent) don't seem to realize how the colors they choose can affect those of us with color issues. In most cases I cannot tell the difference between the red and green they choose for buttons on the same page. It can be really frustrating. I am SO GLAD someone in the Mozilla community came up with this solution. THANK YOU again. Christopher
