There are certain sites that I need pop-up windows from. To enable them, I have to open the Firefox browser window with the menu at the top. I have never been able to get such a window on my computer, so can't start the process of enabling those pop-ups. I click on internet, which is Firefox, and it takes me directly to my Google start page. What am I doing wrong?

Hello, you can also do that (enable some pop-ups) from the Permissions Manager

At the top of the window, you should see either a menu bar (File, Edit, View…) or an orange Firefox button. If you see nothing but a web page, you're probably in Full Screen mode. Press the F11 key to toggle full screen mode.

To open the options window without the mouse,

  1. Hold down the Alt key and press T
  2. Let go of the Alt key and press O

Once in the options window, click the Content icon, then the Exceptions button. Add the sites you want to always open pop-ups there.
