Cannot load FoxFire
When I try to download and install FoxFire I get two messages. One says that FoxFire is running but not responding and to close it. The second message says my profile can't be found.
I have gone into the control panel and uninstalled FoxFire. I also did a search of my hard drive for any thing with Mozilla or FoxFire in it and deleted them. I did this AFTER the first time I got the messages. So I don't no where the "other" FoxFire is or how it could "running". I also ran my Register cleaning program after uninstalling FoxFire.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated,
Duane

See:

This is usually caused by a problem with the profiles.ini file and the profile marked as Default=1 in this file is no longer present on the hard drive.
- Windows: %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\ - Linux: ~/.mozilla/firefox/
- Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/
You can use one of these to make Firefox create a new default profile or reuse an existing profile:
- Delete the profiles.ini file to force Firefox to create a new default profile
- Use the Profile Manager to create a new profile
Use "Choose Folder" when you create a new profile to select the location of a lost profile and recover this profile

I found I have some missing folders. The main one is the AppData folder. And of course without that I have no access to the IM folders. So what do I?
