why has this version crashed more times than any other in the past 15 years?
I did have some problems with freezing and so forth before the latest version. However since it upgraded I have had crashing problems over and over. I have tried keeping my tab numbers down but not always possible, I even had crashing problems with only a couple of windows open. What can I do to prevent the constant crashing? OH I always wondered why you went to Adobe for a flash player instead of Macromedia, they used to be the best. Are they still in business or is that why you changed to adobe?

Adobe acquired Macromedia in 2005. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Macromedia
It seems that you have 3 Flash plugins for Firefox. Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0 Shockwave Flash 18.0 r0 Shockwave Flash 11.6 r602
Adobe Flash is notorious for not always removing old Flash Plugin DLL files as part of a Flash program update. Sometimes the user needs to uninstall Flash completely and get a clean start.
First, grab the Adobe uninstaller from here: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html
Then download the latest Flash Plugin version from here: Select the Windows > Plugin-based browsers - the EXE version. https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html
Run the Flash uninstaller program, then reboot your PC. Then install the Plugin version of Flash, making sure that Firefox is closed. So you'll have a clean installation of Flash for Firefox.
If that doesn't fix Firefox crashes - see this support article: Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly)
You also have the troublesome MindSpark Toolbar. Google for information and removal advice. Do you use it?
You also have RealPlayer software.
It may be worth checking that is all current and not outdated. Be aware that at, least historically, FlashPlayer and RealPlayer together could cause problems. Looking at
I wonder if some available RealPlayer software may be otherwise unsupported software that has been modified by third parties. However I still see download links for, free and paid for versions of RealPlayer for Android and Windows 10 from real.com
