Problem with "save as" - firefox crashes
Every time I'm trying to "save image as" or trying to upload a file in firefox (like email) - it crashes. When window where I see files and directories in my PC shows - then it's a problem. Other browsers haven't this problem. How to solve it?

We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
Thank you for your help!
More information and further troubleshooting steps can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) article.
I understand this, but in about:crashes there is nothing, there's no ID. When it happens there's no window with crash report. I have a FF v. 55.0.3 x64. Now I can't even add a screenshot or anything in a FF
Try to delete the MRU (Most Recently Used) ComDlg32 registry keys with the registry editor (regedit.exe). Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ComDlg32 Delete the subkeys (LastVisitedPidlMRU and OpenSavePidlMRU) Be cautious with editing the registry as there is no Undo possible: all changes are applied immediately. You can export registry keys before making changes.
There was no keys with this names. I have a Windows 10
Anyone have an idea?
I see that I posted ComDlg32, but on 64-bit Windows that would probably be ComDlg64
The keys maybe present under a different path, so maybe try to do a search in the Windows Registry for LastVisitedPidlMRU
I did what you was asking for, but the problem is still here, still only in a FF
I tried also to reinstall the browser - nothing changed
It looks like I have to say "bye' too FF :(
