uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0.3 with a Full Version Installer https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

There are no mozzila folder in my C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) and where is Windows Disk Cleanup located on the computer?

I had no problem with the link.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

It works like that in safe mode. Can youtell me how to get it to work in normal startup mode? Thanks

It could be the work of one of your add-ons, or it could be Hardware Acceleration.

Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open your Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control> (Mac=<Command>) <Shift> A)

In the Add-ons Manager, on the left, select Extensions. Disable a few add-ons, then Restart Firefox.

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All Of them.

If the problem continues, disable some more (restarting FF). Continue until the problem is gone. After, you know what group is causing the issue. Re-enable the last group ONE AT A TIME (restarting FF) until the problem returns.

Once you think you found the problem, disable that and re-enable all the others, then restart again. Let us know who the suspect is, detective.

OK I disable some and it fixed the problem. I went a enabled the one at a time and it seems to work right now none of them are blocking. I could not do the trivia question but only once but once disabled it worked fine. It would also have the same problem clicking on the sites links before so I tried that while enabling one at a time and they all worked, So I will wait tilmy next question which will be tomorrow and give it a try. Thanks for everyone for the help. Will update on my next question I try to process.

Got my question today and it worked great. Then I went to click MarkAs Solve in your response then I got this. Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

We can’t connect to the server at support.mozilla.org. If that address is correct, here are three other things you can try:

   Try again later.
   Check your network connection.
If you are connected but behind a firewall, check that Firefox has permission to access the Web.

Then got back here by clicking Browse for unsolved questions and help a Firefox user Solving 1 issue helps up to 1,000 users a day!

link in the email. This does not want to work for me for some reason.
