why can't one just post a question directly?
man i wonder why in firefox forum, one cannot just post a question directly? i have to go thru several layers of whatever before i was able to finally to post this question!!
in other normal forums, once you login and go to a particular topic, right there is the big, post a question button. right in front of you!! why can't firefox do the same??? why we have to jump thru several layers!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? i'm getting the feeling mozilla doesn't want to be bothered.
PLEASE PROVIDE A "POST A QUESTION" BUTTON ON EACH FORUM TOPIC!!!!

EDIT: this site is broken. look at how it shows my FF version is 68.0 when in fact the version is 69.0
You posted with a Firefox 68.0 user agent according to the System Details list next to your question.

This a support forum for a variety of products and not just desktop Firefox as you can see on https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions
Mozila (the company) has made it this (few pages before posting thread) way so you can potentially find answers to all or some of your question(s) in the Knowledge Base articles before posting a thread.
If not for the introduction to the Knowledge Base you probably would not have used it.
