I have an account on usps.com (the post office). Using FireFox, I am unable to see or use my address book on that site. USPS tech support says it's there and also says FireFox is the most problematic web browser of all. USPS tech support says to use ANYTHING but Firefox.

Yes, I have cleared my cache and cookies multiple times in an effort to solve the problem. And doing so does not solve the problem.

I can use IE or Chrome to access USPS.com and I can see my address book!

What the heck, Mozilla?

Thanks for your help. I'm going to stop troubleshooting the problem and use IE or Chrome for all uses of USPS.com. It's just a simpler solution to the problem.
