In Ebay - Print invoices link opens print preview window inside page -> I can view document (invoice) then click print button to open print window -> window opens but the document is blank, just a white page, no text. If I click print, it just prints a blank page. I can download the document as PDF from print preview page and this prints ok but I can't print directly from the ebay page. This only happens in Firefox. Works ok in Edge and Chrome. I have uninstalled Firefox including profiles etc and re-installed, problem still exists. I can print shipping labels via Ebay just not invoices. No issues with printing anything from any other ebay page or other websites.

Hello, thank you for your time at looking into this. Your image shows an item from purchases. We have no issue with printing from there. Our issue is with all our sold items. From Seller Hub, we can either access our sold items from "tasks" box or by the order tab. Seller Hub -> Orders tab - from drop down menu choose -> awaiting dispatch -> this brings up page with all items sold awaiting processing -> go to each item and from drop down menu (next to purchase postage heading) choose "print invoices and more" - This opens the print preview in a new window which overlays over the sold items page - from there we click the print button (blue colour button, bottom right of page) this then replaces the print preview window with a print page as per our image. Normally, the invoice and it's text / images are visible, from here we can choose various things such quantity to be printed, scale, etc then hit print and it prints the invoice but as you can see from our image, where the invoice is meant to be is just a blank white page and if we hit print the printer just throws out a clean unprinted page. Going back to the print preview, where the invoice document is visible, we can from this page click download which opens a PDF, which prints fine but this is more of a faff and we don't want to download and open every invoice just to print it. We have always continued the process as designed and intended to the (I'm presuming it's called an in browser) print page.

I also have the exact same problem as canning1612. On eBay, packing slips will show up blank and will print as a blank page, but I can print shipping labels with no problems. I am using Firefox 110.0 (64-bit) on a Mac with macOS Mojave.

I have the same problem trying to print shipping labels from Stallion Express.

It's been happening for months now. Still happening on version 112.0.2 and version 113.0 BETA.

The only solution is to download the labels and use CTRL + P to print them.

Still happening in 113.0.1

I know it wasn't addressed in the changelog, but I wanted to just confirm it's still not fixed.

Would love Mozilla to at least acknowledge this. Makes running my business really difficult on Firefox.
