Email Not Transcribing
At our clinic when we cannot answer client calls it goes to voicemail. The voicemail the should be sent to our email and transcribed, however it hasn’t been. It leaves us with the only option to play voicemails aloud while clients are going in and out of the lobby, which we find unprofessional. Please help us fix this!

We use thunderbird as our email… should it not be transcribing it for us? I’m confused.
Maybe I'm the confused one. How are voice messages being automatically transcribed into Thunderbird as email messages? From what you post, I infer that you are having to listen to voicemail and key into Thunderbird manually. Correct? More information may help. Thank you.
