How to create a shortcut/tile to add to Home page
There used to be a way to add a web site as a shortcut to the Home page by dragging the link and dropping it somewhere. Those instructions seem to have disappeared. One of the sites I had pinned to the Home page has changed. I can remove the old link (tile), but how do I add the new link as a tile? The help articles no longer provide any information about how to do this. Just "pinning' the page adds it to the toolbar, where I don't want it, but does not add it to the Home page. Do I have to just close and open that site a bunch of times in order to get it to appear???? There should be a more sensible way.

If you do not see the plus icon to add a new tile then you can hover an exiting tile and click Edit in the three dots drop down panel.
