zilla set up on my deskup with a shortcut which automatically goes to e-mail page. When cookies need to be disabled in firefox, am sent to lionk to Verizon and cannot disable cookies

Mozilla is set up as a shortcut which links to Verizon automatically. When I need to disable cookies in Mozilla am unable to do since I am auto link to Verizon.
