try another alternative web browser, and do some test, I.E. 7/8/9, firefox 3.6, google chrome 10.x. this problem is really complicated sometimes, even some dns problem may cause this...so just use one suitable for you.

I have tried IE 8.0 - No problems there. Only in Firefox, 3.6 and 4.0

If I wanted to use that "piece" then I wouldn't have a problem, would I? I discovered that my AdBlockPlus was the problem, and have solved the issue. Never never ever will I use IE. Thank you Firefox.
