How can I restore accidentally deleted (via Firefox) downloads?

To repeat: I accidentally deleted all downloads (via Firefox) when using in the Download function of Firefox.

The Downloads window doesn't have a Delete feature.

Did you use Clear List or Remove from List?
That doesn't remove the downloaded files from the folder(s) it(they) were saved to, it just clears the list in the Downloads window.
