My page which was made of frames, worked well with V15, after updating to v16, It doubles the whole content, and places them one after the other.

I am using Nested Framesets.

Doctype: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Frameset//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/frameset.dtd" >

As soon as I click on the address bar, and press enter. This problem disappears. I saw the source of the page, it is loading the whole page twice.

Can you post a link to a public page that doesn't require authentication (log in) to access it?

A good place to ask advice about web development is at the MozillaZine "Web Development/Standards Evangelism" forum.

The helpers at that forum are more knowledgeable about web development issues.
You need to register at the MozillaZine forum site in order to post at that forum.
