printing problems
Just this morning my emails will not print from the computer (laptop). The print command triggers a page to print but either just a logo appears without the text or nothing appears, but the page 'prints's out. The printer is working correctly. I think I may have inadvertently clicked something on the gmail page that has created this problem. All help welcome.

Hi, sorry to hear you are having a printing problem; please see if another browser works. If so, see if anything here helps -
If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you!
Since this morning, emails print but without any text, only headers / images print. No text / content is printing successfully. I use gmail through Firefox browser. I have done a 'system restore' but this has not solved the problem.
Please provide a link or suggestions that deal with the specific problem that has started today. Thank you
Please consider turning on send info to Mozilla before posting a question. This helps us help you. As I have no info from your system that would help see things that cause issues. We would not know of your specific problems that started today.
Did you not say"I think I may have inadvertently clicked something on the gmail page that has created this problem"
Then then would be a Gmail Support Issue. You were given solutions by Scribe yet you do not mention trying them. Most people find this fixes their issue.
Then you may have corrupted a printer driver and suggest you go the manufacturers website and look up make and model and see if there is new drivers and a new interface and or a Firmware upgrade.
You can also try this to see if it is a Windows issue. Repair System Registry and Files
(FOR DOING Above & Below - WINDOWS All OTHER VERSIONS - Use Search To Find Command Prompt ** Enter CMD.exe to Find COMMAND PROMPT Then Right Click & RUN AS ADMIN)
To run the SFC command use the Windows key + X keyboard shortcut to open the Power User menu and select Command Prompt (Admin). Type "SFC /SCANNOW" (without quotes or copy/paste) and press Enter. For more information on using SFC, please refer to the Microsoft KB: Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files
Run the Windows Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) and System File Checker (SFC) tools as Administrator. The DISM and SFC tools scan the integrity of the Windows image and all protected system files replaces corrupted, damaged and incorrect versions. (FOR DOING Above & Below - WINDOWS All OTHER VERSIONS - Use Search To Find Command Prompt ** Enter CMD.exe to Find COMMAND PROMPT Then Right Click & RUN AS ADMIN) Type "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" (without quotes or copy/paste) and press Enter.
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
