Rebooted email in thunderbird.
Mail server had my delete & reload mail account in thunderbird.

What are you talking about?

Was not getting all my emails from my server to my thunderbird, so I called my internet provider. The took me into my thunderbird settings, had me delete my email address, and put it back in. When I opened it back up, I got a bunch of new emails, from the same address, but all the emails I had saved in my thunderbird mailbox previously were gone. Where did they go, can I get them back, and how ?

I have edited your post to remove the public phone number... that is against forum policy.

Wild guess with not much to go on. Original account was setup as POP. Added deleted account back as IMAP. IMAP receives new messages on the server but cannot see to old POP store on the local drive.

No. Was pop3 previously, and is again now. And it seams I've lost at least one of the folders I used to keep mail in.

As you have removed and added and so on accounts in Thunderbird, I am assuming you mail is somewhere in one of the accounts you deleted. THe issue is if the account is IMAP or POP that had the folder. You will have to would that out.

From the troubleshooting information click the show button for the profile. Check the file in the imap mail and Mail directories and see if you can locate the mail folder you think is lost. Import each folder using the ImportExportTools extension. Note that the accounts folders will be server names with numbers added, so each attempt get a higher number. If you have done say adding a Gmail account 3 times you will have folders say imap.googlemail.com, imap.googlemail.com1, imap.googlemail.com2

Each folder is stored as a text file with the folders name and no file extension (a mbox file) in a directory named after the accounts mail server in the profile . For example, if you wanted to import the inbox folder for gmail you'd select the "Mail\pop.gmail.com\inbox." file. Ignore the inbox.msf and inbox.sbd files.
