Removed Device Shows Up in "Synced Tabs" and "Send Tab to Device" Lists

I recently removed and re-added (with a new sync name) a device from and to my Firefox Sync account. Then I checked to make sure the device (the old name) is disconnected from manage account page. Later I noticed that in the "Send Tab to Device" list I still have that old name listed (along with the new name) and in the "Synced Tabs" list I still see the old device with a page that was presumably open when I originally disconnected it.

Is there anything I can remove the old devices from the Send and Sync Tab lists given that there's nothing in my account list of devices to Disconnect?

I don't know whether disconnected devices are remove instantly of that it takes considerably more time. Are they still there the next day or if you force a Sync (click the circular arrow) ?

I gave it a few days, but it still shows up in the Send To list of my phone, but not other connected devices (laptop & tablet). The open tab issue was resolved when I turned off sync tab and turned it back on after forcing sync, but the Send To list still has the same issue (and only on my phone)

Did you try to disconnect and reconnect on the phone?

Yes, I tried disconnecting the phone, clearing local cache and storage for Firefox on the phone, uninstalling firefox and reinstalling it, nothing helped. I still see the old name of my phone in the Send To list of my phone Firefox.
