Is it possible to add hotkeys to activate common functions - like reload current page, or go to home page, etc?
Often to save energy I turn off my monitor while streaming audio. If the session times out, it would be nice if I didn't have to turn the monitor back on and migrate thru menus or toolbars, just to reload the current page.
It seems that if hotkey options were available, that would be a browser improvement.

See Keyboard Shortcuts. If you want to customize the shortcuts, you may want to look into an Add-on
You can reload the current page with F5 or Ctrl + R and use Alt + Home to go to the home page
