I recently installed FireFox on my new pc. Whenever I type a word, for example a name of a website, I get the yahoo search resault, instead of what I had before - to enter directly to the site, or in some cases - get the Google search results. I would like to be able to type the website name (for example - "filefactory"), and become directed to the site itself, as it was with the previous version that I had in my former pc.

Thanks...

You can modify the pref keyword.URL on the about:config page to use Google's "I'm Feeling Lucky" or Google's "Browse By Name".

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
