how to clear the messages from server after a certain time

iam receiving email from my server that the usage of my server is exceeding and the messages should be deleted in order to save any lost of emails. I have checked all the settings but couldn't find anything to setup something like that. Pls help me with this.

If it's a POP mail account, go to Server Settings > Disc Space. There are various options to delete mails from the server.
