I suggest contacting gandi on this, since it's worked until recently.

Tell us what settings you are using. server names, port number, etc. Vendor site indicates 465 for SSL and 587 for STARTTLS Using authentication password?

mail.gandi.net ssl port 465 Normal password

Everything has worked just fine for years. The settings are correct. If not it wouldn't have worked three days ago. I changed nothing.

That was my first move. I've been waiting going on three days for response. I had hoped to find an answer elsewhere as I fear they may just blow me off.

Also, it may well be a Mozilla issue as I recently updated Firefox

Well, you might try STARTTLS and 587. Just a possibility.

Tried that yesterday. Now I have more trouble. Thinking it may be related to the Firefox update I downgraded to the previous version. I lost all my settings, which are easy enough to replace, and my saved log ins which I cannot locate. And, it did nothing to solve my e-mail issue. I'll be off line until system restore completes. Wish me luck
