With Windows 7 (64 bits), Firefox still open after closed

Hello,

I am running Firefox 3.6.8 on Windows 7 (64 bits). When I close Firefox, it stays open and you cannot reach it. If you try to start Firefox again. It refuse because another occurence is running. The way to solve is to close the running occurrence using the task manager.
