How do I import into Firefox preferences from the now-defunct Flock?

I've been a long-term user of Flock, which is now no-longer supported. I'm switching to Firefox. How do I import bookmarks, etc.? I can only find ways to import from IE, which I do not use.

Though they warn that they may be out of date. Hope it helps.
