You can disable this feature in the Preferences, please do the following:

  1. In the address bar, type about:preferences#privacy and press the Enter key.
  2. Remove the checkbox from the option Remember logins and passwords for web sites
  3. [Optionally] Click the Saved Logins...' button to remove any previously saved username/password combination.

After this steps Firefox will no show pop-up dialogs asking you to remember your login details.

Mozilla (the company behind Firefox) does not provide support via email, this is the official support forum.

If you'll just follow rickvanderzwet's advice, your problem will belong to the past.

For any Firefox related questions users may have : this is the place to post questions, the official Mozilla support forum.

But you seem determined to contact Mozilla HQ - the only way to do that is via snail mail :

Mozilla Foundation 1981 Landings Drive Building K Mountain View, CA 94043-0801 USA

But again : rickvanderzwet's post gives you the answer to your question.

The real problem is that Mozilla / FireFox changed the system and added it to my computer with notifying or getting authorization. Customers should have the option to Opt "In", not be forced into having it and then be told we can Opt "out" This is why we cannot communicate. A company without a phone and an email ?

Hi, Firefox is a free program and updates all the time and you can find out what is in each in the way of security or fixes : https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/releases/

Mozilla is dealing with millions of people and are also a non-profit. Others do not take calls, yahoo is impossible to contact as is google.

You can also do this : To submit suggestions for new or changed features, may I suggest: Feedback: https://qsurvey.mozilla.com/s3/FirefoxInput/

Thank you for contacting Mozilla Volunteer Support

The truth is that they make money with the change. They use us to make that money. That is wrong !

I know every computer oriented company does the same thing but it is wrong and should not be allowed. I always wonder if any of them are ashamed or if it is too much money being made to think about ethics

Mozilla is not asking you for login details its Firefox that asking to save details for next time . But Microsoft's Edge may steal your login details.

The Pop-Up should ask if we want to be reminded that log in can be remembered. We check yes or no and that is that. No one cares about the customers because money is being made with their info.

Would you please take a look at this article :

As for your remark about 'money being made with your info' :

Absolutely, definately not true  !

You are talking to contributors on the Mozilla support forum.

Contributors here are (except for the odd administrator) volunteers, users just like you, who are trying to help other users, in their spare time.

Firefox, as you know, is a free browser, and the company behind it (Mozilla) does not have the financial means for something like a call center.

In addition to Murphy's post :

People who have Chrome related questions, can post on one of Google's support forums.

People who have Edge or IE related questions, can post on Microsoft's support forum.

People who have Firefox related questions come to us, the official Mozilla support forum (and some users post on forums like MozillaZine and Reddit).

There is no email address for Google support (Chrome browser),

There is no email address for Microsoft support (Edge or Internet Explorer),

There is no email address for Mozilla support (Firefox).

Let's not get off topic - the OP's original post is :

"I keep getting Firefox request to remember login details and want this pop-up to stop ! All I want is an email address for Firefox to ask they stop asking me to remember my info "

The OP has been explained how to make Firefox stop asking to remember logins, and how it is not possible to 'email Firefox' and why.

No is getting it ! It does not matter who the info is being sold to, it matters that they it is willfully done behind our backs. If we complain, the excuse is we can Opt-Out !

more options

Understood !

They did it without my authority. They can stop it at my request.

Customers should never have to Opt-Out. Customers need to see a pop up asking if they want to Opt-In.
